"CURRENT OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY" EVENT WAS HELD.

At a conference held at Çankırı Karatekin University, "Current Occupational Health and Safety," one of the most critical issues in the business world, was discussed in detail with the participation of expert speakers. The event, held in the Blue Conference Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) at Çankırı Karatekin University, focused on occupational safety processes and sectoral innovations. The conference, organized with the support of the Career Center, attracted significant interest from academics and students. The keynote speaker, Dr. Mustafa AVŞAR (Class A Occupational Safety Specialist, Insurance Expert, and Agricultural Engineer), delivered a comprehensive presentation on current legal regulations and practical examples in the field of occupational health and safety. Avşar emphasized the importance of a proactive approach in preventing workplace accidents and shared his sectoral experience with future professionals. The conference was moderated by FEAS faculty members Dr. Fahri OLUK and Dr. Ruhan ALTUN ANAYURT. In an interactive event, students` questions were answered with the guidance of moderators. At the end of the event, it was emphasized that occupational health and safety should not only be a legal requirement but also a part of the organizational culture. The program concluded with participants taking a commemorative photograph.
