In a seminar titled "Addiction Training in Outline," organized by the ÇAKÜ Career Center with the contributions of the Çankırı Yeşilay Counseling Center, Clinical Psychologist Ayça Hanım provided information to our university students about addiction and ways to prevent it. The training covered types of addiction seen worldwide, chemical and behavioral addictions, the negative effects of addiction on physical appearance, and the differences between the brains of addicted and non-addicted individuals. The importance of being able to say no and setting boundaries in the fight against addiction was also emphasized.
