Career Planning Course Survey Form

Dear Students,

Below is the link to the “Career Planning Course Evaluation Form,” which has been prepared to receive your feedback on the Career Planning Course (CPC) offered at your university during the Fall 2025-2026 Academic Semester and to work towards improving the course in the future.

The steps students need to follow are:

1. Click on the shared link, fill in the email box and click the "Participate in Survey" button,
2. Answer all the questions in the survey,
3. After completing the survey, click the "Finish" button.

The survey must be completed only once.
