The event, "Preparing for Working Life: Individual Awareness," organized by the ÇAKÜ Career Center and ÇAKÜ Psychology Department, took place on November 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the ÇAKÜ Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Red Hall. Industrial and Organizational Psychologist Dr. Ferhat AYYILDIZ, who spoke at the event, provided important information about what individuals can do on their own during the preparation process for working life. Emphasizing the importance of self-awareness in addressing the challenges encountered during entry into and subsequent maintenance of working life, Dr. Ferhat AYYILDIZ also explained and offered recommendations for developing other individual characteristics that should be developed alongside self-awareness.
